Our clinic is committed to providing high-quality, timely care to all patients. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may be waiting for care. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and our policy is designed to balance flexibility for patients with fairness to clinicians and others seeking appointments.
Patients are requested to notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure continuity of care and supports the sustainability of our clinical services.
